Who is Mike FreshKicks?

We're a sneaker store located in Europe. We've been on the market for over 5 years providing our clients with top notch sneakers such as Air Jordan, Kobe, Lebron, KD and many more Nike Basketball kicks.

Our goal remains the same since day one: "Provide real sneakerheads with 100% authentic and 100% deadstock kicks!"



Are all your products 100% authentic?

We only sells 100% authentic shoes. We do not deal with fakes, b-grades, or factory variants whatsoever. We guarantee the authenticity of all our products. Most of all we personally despise fakes!



Are all shoes brand new (100% deadstock)?

Yes we only sell 100% deadstock (brand new) shoes, which always come in the original box. We do not sell pre-owned shoes.



How do you ship your products?

We ship all of our sneakers via priority international with tracking. We always double box your order to ensure your shoes arrive safely. We're also sneakerheads and we understand how important condition can be.



How much is the shipping cost? Do you combine shipping?

Shipping cost is given at the checkout, please select your country and shipping cost will be calculated automatically. For example:

USA and Canada $29.99 additional product $19.99

How long does delivery take? Am I able to track my package?

Delivery to most countries usually takes 8-12 working days. Unfortunately we have no control over delivery whatsoever and we are not responsible for delays caused by the post.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept payments via Paypal. If you don't have a PayPal account you can easily and quickly register on www.PayPal.com. Paypal is a 100% secure service for sending and receiving money, it is owned by eBay and is a world leading e-commerce platform. It's as secure and easy as it gets.



What is your return policy?

Due to international shipments all sales are final. We do not issue refunds or accept exchanges so please make sure you're buying the exact product and size you need. If for some reason we accidentally send the wrong order, please contact us and we will fix the problem as soon as possible.
